Medical Aesthetician (Part-Time to Full-Time)

plastic surgery clinic

that has recently opened a

brand-new surgical and medical aesthetics facility in Aurora

. We are seeking a

motivated, professional, and client-focused Medical Aesthetician

to join our growing team.

This is an exciting

part-time position with the opportunity to grow into full-time

as you build and develop your own client base. The ideal candidate will be proactive, entrepreneurial, and eager to help our clinic expand its aesthetic services.

About the Role

As a Medical Aesthetician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality aesthetic treatments, ensuring client safety and satisfaction, and working closely with our marketing team to promote and grow our aesthetic services. You will play a key role in

building and maintaining your own clientele

, supported by our marketing efforts and clinic team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional aesthetic treatments and ensure an excellent client experience. Actively work to

attract and retain clients

, helping to build a strong and loyal base. Collaborate with our marketing team to create and share engaging social media content that showcases treatments and promotes services. Contribute ideas and participate in initiatives to grow the aesthetics department. Perform client consultations, recommend treatment plans, and educate clients on skincare and post-treatment care.

Qualifications & Skills

Certified Medical Aesthetician with a minimum of

3 years of experience

in a medical or clinical setting. Experience with

HydraFacial, laser treatments, RF Microneedling, and chemical peels

preferred. Strong communication and client relationship skills. Comfortable creating or participating in content for social media marketing. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to grow your own client base. Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and team-oriented mindset. Existing clientele is an asset.

Thursdays and Fridays 9am to 5pm (flexible).
