Job Description

We are seeking an experienced EMDR/ brainspotting psychotherapist to join our psychotherapy practice in King City, Ontario as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate will be trained in EMDR, Brain Spotting. The candidate will feel comfortable working with diverse client populations, and bring additional expertise. We welcome candidates with backgrounds in various therapeutic approaches and specialties. This position is

mostly in- person and onsite.



Responsibilities & Qualifications



Registered psychotherapist RP, RP(Q) Registered Social Worker SW Trauma training such as EMDR or Brainspotting At least 2+ years of psychotherapy experience Experience with couples, and families is an asset Training in attachment theory Working independently and as part of an integrative team Proficient self management of schedule Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Manage case documentation and maintain accurate records in compliance with professional standards. Engage in research activities to enhance therapeutic practices. Attending team meetings

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105.00-$150.00 per year
