What We're Looking For:

• LPN Registry with NSCN : Must be active on the Nova Scotia College of Nursing (NSCN) Registry without any conditions .
• Experience : (minimum 1 year preferred) is required.
• Skills & Attitude : Strong communication skills, a positive outlook, and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility & Reliability : Committed to providing compassionate, dependable care.
• Eligibility : Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Additional Qualifications (preferred but not mandatory):

Current CPR certification.
Recent Criminal Record Check & Vulnerable Sector Check.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of care services, including medication administration , wound care , and health monitoring .
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to ensure quality care.
• Provide compassionate support to clients in-home care and long-term care settings.

Experience:
