Position: Experienced Lower Lube Technician

We are currently looking for an experienced Lower Lube Technician to join our shop in Langley BC. The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide excellent customer service, is

personable and reliable

and has a passion for working on vehicles. 2-4 years experience working in an automotive environment is preferred but may be willing to train the right person.

What you'll do:

Deliver a positive first impression to each customer with a warm and friendly greeting.

Primarily act as a Lower Technician, completing services under the vehicle, however will also complete Upper Technician services.

Discuss products and services with customers

Perform safe, accurate and quick lube services and additional car maintenance services required

Perform courtesy checks such as tire pressure

Help maintain a clean, well organized oil change shop

Provide a 23 point inspection of each vehicle and offer reasonable recommendations to each customer

Preferred qualifications:

An ability to provide excellent customer service

To be punctual & reliable

A strong mechanical aptitude

Willingness to learn

Passion for vehicles & vehicle maintenance
