About the Role:

Prozones is looking for a skilled and reliable Loader Operator / Plow Truck Driver to join our elite snow removal team for the upcoming winter season. If you have experience operating heavy equipment in tough conditions and want to earn great pay while working with a professional crew -- we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operate front-end loaders for snow removal and relocation Clear snow from commercial lots, private roads, and designated areas Load snow into dump trucks when required Maintain equipment in safe working condition Respond promptly during snow events -- including nights, weekends, and holidays

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of loader operation experience required Experience in snow removal preferred Valid driver's license (CDL a plus but not mandatory) Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call availability during storms Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work independently
