We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about food preparation and cooking, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality meals to our guests in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering and stocking supplies as needed.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal service.
Participate in the training of new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience.
Food Safe Level One required.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with other staff members.
