The Role
We're hiring an experienced prep cook to help keep our kitchen running smoothly. You'll be responsible for prepping fresh ingredients, supporting the line during service, and helping maintain a clean, organized work area. This role is essential to what we do -- we're looking for someone reliable, focused, and ready to be part of a tight, hardworking crew.
What You'll Do
Prep vegetables, proteins, sauces, and other ingredients daily
Keep everything labeled, dated, and stored correctly
Follow prep lists and recipes with consistency
Assist with basic kitchen tasks and keep your station clean
Help out wherever needed during service
What We're Looking For
1-2 years of kitchen prep experience (experience with Thai or Asian cuisine is a plus)
Solid knife skills and attention to detail
Punctual, dependable, and a team player
Able to stay organized and work efficiently under pressure
Food handler's certification (or willing to get one)
