Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in preparing and presenting dishes that meet our high standards of excellence. This position requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring that all food is prepared according to our recipes and specifications.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure that all food is handled safely and meets health regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and cooking ingredients as needed. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management. Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure quality.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is mandatory Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation are highly valued. Experience with serving and food service operations will be beneficial. Must have experience in cooking with pans, pots fryers and grills A background in the food industry or related fields will enhance your application. Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive under pressure are necessary for success in this role.
