Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in interior renovations. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The Renovator will be responsible for transforming spaces through remodeling, restoration, and construction activities while ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

Perform renovations and remodels including but not limited to bathrooms, kitchens and basements. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various tasks such as demo, framing, drywall installation, flooring installation, and painting. Collaborate with team members on renovation projects. Maintain effective communication with project managers regarding progress updates and any issues that arise during the renovation process.

Requirements

Prior experience on construction sites with a focus on renovation projects is essential. Experience using power tools Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail A willingness to learn new skills related to renovation projects Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle is required

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
