Experienced Interlock Installer / Hardscape Professional
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Interlock Installer / Labourer to join our team for upcoming projects. This is a position for a seasoned pro who takes pride in their craftsmanship and possesses the independence to manage their own workflow.
Key Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional interlock and hardscape installation experience.
Transportation:
Must have yourown reliable vehicle to get to and from various job sites.
Tools:
Must own a complete set of professional hand tools required for interlock work.
Portfolio:
Must be able to show a portfolio (photos) of your previous completed projects.
References:
Must provide at least 2 professional references who can vouch for your work quality and reliability.
Responsibilities
Executing high-quality installation of interlocking pavers, stones, and retaining walls.
Assisting with or leading site preparation, including excavation, base leveling, and grading.
Ensuring all work meets structural standards and aesthetic expectations.
Operating equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
