Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled/experienced Insulation Subcontractors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing insulation materials in various settings, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort in residential and commercial buildings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices and the ability to read blueprints accurately.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in insulation installation of batt and poly. Proven ability to meet project deadlines and maintain high-quality workmanship. Must have your own crew, tools, and reliable transportation. Current WCB coverage and liability insurance are required. Ability to work safely and efficiently on active job sites.
Preferred Experience:
Previous work with reputable general contractors or developers. Experience on multi-unit residential or commercial buildings is an asset. Familiarity with building codes and insulation standards.
