The Health Care Aide is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.Responsibilities
- Personal Care / ADLs
- Meal Preparation
- Light Housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings
- Shopping and errands
- Medication Reminders
- Ambulation and transporting of clients
- Provide companionship to clients
- Ability to follow care-plan
- Documentation/Charting
- Current clean Background Check or be willing to obtain one
- Ability to travel to Coquitlam
- Access to Internet/mobile phone
- Experience with Palliate or Hospice care is an asset
- Personal care and transfer assistance experience is an asset
