Summary

We are seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Ranchers Pizzeria & Bar. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, maintaining high culinary standards, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service. Maintain a menu that reflects the quality and style of our pizzeria. Ensure all food is prepared according to health and safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety practices. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers.
