  • We are looking for EXPERIENCED PRE-CONSTRUCTION HEAD ADMINISTRATOR for our Toronto projects. Proficiency in SALES FORCE, DocuSign, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required; successful candidates will have previous real estate experience; be organized, detail-oriented and work well under pressure.

Delegates the Sales Admin Team to carry out other administrative tasks. The Head Administrator should also be experienced at the following in addition to being professional and highly effective communicators, both verbally and in writing: - preparation of preconstruction real estate agreements of purchase and sale, schedules, amendments and legal documentation. - experience in organization and maintenance of presentation centre office. - preparation and distribution of daily/weekly marketing and sales reports as required. - be comfortable with daily interaction and correspondence with Head Office and Sales and Marketing team regarding sales, cancellations and changes to agreements. - be adaptable with responsibilities as essential functions may be modified at any time depending on business needs. - and any other related administrative tasks.
