Summary

We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team at Salon Kanako. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality hair styling services while delivering outstanding customer service. Your creativity and expertise will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities

Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, colors, perm and treatments. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate styles. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools. Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience. Manage front desk duties including scheduling appointments and handling payments. Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits. Maintain salon cleanliness

Requirements

Proven experience as a Hair Stylist for 3 years or more. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Knowledge of hair care products and techniques, especially organic options. Customer service-oriented with a passion for the beauty industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
