ProFlow Gutters & Siding is a leading provider of high-quality gutter and siding solutions in Moncton & surrounding areas. We are committed to providing exceptional service and craftsmanship to our valued customers. We're currently seeking a skilled and motivated Experienced Gutter & Siding Installer to join our growing team!

About the Role:

As an Experienced Gutter & Siding Installer, you will be responsible for the professional installation of gutters, downspouts, siding, and related components on residential and commercial properties. You will work as part of a team, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Install seamless gutters and downspouts, ensuring proper drainage and functionality.
• Install different types of siding materials (e.g., vinyl, aluminum, wood, etc.) according to manufacturer specifications and best practices.
• Measure and cut materials accurately, minimizing waste and ensuring a precise fit.
• Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues on-site.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment in good working order.
• Complete necessary paperwork and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in gutter and siding installation.
• Proven ability to install various types of gutters and siding materials.
• Strong understanding of proper installation techniques and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical ability to perform the demanding tasks of the job, including working at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Siding: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: On the road

Expected start date: 2025-04-01
