Pelham Hills Golf Club is hiring for a full-time experience Line Cook.
Pelham Hills Pub is a newly renovated culinary experience located at Pelham Hills Golf Club in Welland, Ontario. The Club offers a challenging 18 hole, par 71 golf course that is admired for its scenery, landscape, and design. Pelham Hills beautifully landscaped grounds incorporate the natural beauty of our tree-lined fairways, wooded ravines, natural creeks, rolling hills, and natural foliage all set in Pelham. The Club is a year-round facility with a seasonal golf course, dining, and 3 state of the art Golf Simulators adjacent to the Pelham Hills Pub experience .
Job Requirements:
Cook in different areas of the kitchen
Standing for long periods
Preparation of foods for a la carte dining, special events, and banquets
2 years of prior culinary food industry experience
General cleanliness
Ensuring systems and standards compliance
Required to be available for all shifts (opening, closing, mid-shifts, weekends)
Following all of Pelham Hills facility policies and procedures

Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
Ensure all food is handled and stored safely to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
Assist in inventory management and food ordering as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen.
