PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: The Days Inn Medicine Hat is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent. Front Desk shifts will be from 7am to 3pm or 3pm to 11pm. Saturdays and Sundays will be required. This is a permanent Full-time position. The successful candidate must be a driven, self starter who is motivated and eager to learn. You will excel at customer service as you would be the first point of contact for arriving and departing guests. The ideal candidate will have Front Desk experience in the hotel industry and know the expectations for this role. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for registering guests and assigning rooms, processing group arrivals and departures, taking, canceling and changing room reservations, processing guests' departures which includes calculating charges and receiving payments, balancing cash and completing related forms. Customer service and front desk experience will be considered an asset. Candidates must have excellent English skills.
