Position Overview

D. Floyd Construction is seeking

Experienced Fence Installers

to join our dynamic team. This position will include year-round work, and an opportunity to make an impact on some of Calgary's most impactful projects!

Key Responsibilities

Assist and lead in the construction and installation of fences (wood, chain link, ornamental) Work independently and ensure projects are completed to company stands, on time. Collaborate with team members to ensure a productive and positive work environment Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, and organized job site Assist with other duties as required

Experience & Skills

Minimum 3 years of experience

installing fences (wood, chain link, and/or ornamental) Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with colleagues Strong communication skills Ability to lift up to 50lbs Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn Follow company safety protocols on all sites

Experience leading a crew would be considered an asset

Pay and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate of

$27.00-$32.00 per hour

Schedule

8 to 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (7:00 - 4:30) Overtime pay available for additional hours worked Weekend work may be necessary due to the nature of the work 12 months per year - we work throughout winter!
