Responsibilities

Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications, ensuring safety and adherence to industry standards. Provide excellent customer service by welcoming clients, addressing their needs, and offering personalized consultations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following sanitation protocols to ensure client safety. Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing payments. Engage in retail sales by promoting and upselling products related to eyelash care and maintenance. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up services to encourage repeat visits.

Skills

Proficient in eyelash extensions application techniques with a keen eye for detail. Strong retail sales experience with the ability to upsell products effectively. Excellent customer service skills, ensuring a positive experience for every client. Front desk experience is preferred, demonstrating organizational skills and multitasking abilities. Aesthetics experience is a bonus Outstanding communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
