Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team at Thair located in the affluent neighborhood of Yonge and Lawrence. This role is vital in delivering exceptional beauty services while upholding our commitment to organic and toxin-free practices.
Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to all clients, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness throughout the spa.
Perform facials, massage, body waxing, and nail services with precision.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Assist with retail sales of organic products, promoting their benefits to clients.
Demonstrate product usage during client consultations and service appointments, as well as ensuring customers are rebooking with you.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service within the beauty or wellness industry.
Strong knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to esthetic services.
Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
Experience in facials, nail care, massage, waxing and brow and lashes is essential.
Familiarity with retail sales and product demonstrations is preferred.
Ability to manage front desk tasks efficiently.
A passion for organic products and holistic health is highly valued.
