Responsibilities

Analyze and diagnose clients' skincare concerns Perform professional facial treatments, including classic facials with extractions, as well as advanced treatments such as: Microdermabrasion Microneedling Chemical Peels LED Therapy Jet Peel IPL Hair Removal & Facial Treatments Recommend and sell customized skincare routines and retail products to clients Educate clients on product benefits and treatment plans Maintain a clean and inviting treatment room Care for spa equipment and ensure proper sanitation protocols Collaborate with team members and assist with clinic operations as needed

Qualifications

Graduate of a recognized esthetics school/institution (Canadian certification preferred) Experience in performing facials with extractions is required Additional experience with advanced treatments (IPL, microneedling, peels, etc.) is an asset Proven experience in skincare product sales and retailing Strong communication and client service skills Knowledge of skincare ingredients and products Ability to work evenings and weekends Team player with a passion for client care Job Types: Part-time, to Full-time Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour + commissions
