Experienced Endodontic Assistant
Location: Toronto, Ontario
Compensation: $28-$35 per hour (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

We are a small boutique privately owned practice in Toronto O.N. seeking an experienced endodontic assistant to join our professional and friendly team.

Qualifications (Required)

Minimum 2 years of specialty endodontic assisting experience

Level II Dental Assistant Certification

HARP certification

IPAC training up to date

CPR certification up to date

Reliable, punctual, and able to commute to the practice consistently

Able to commute easily to Downtown Toronto (candidates living nearby or with dependable transportation strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of endodontic procedures, materials, and workflow

Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail

Ability to work efficiently in a clinical setting and manage multiple tasks

Responsibilities

Assist the endodontist during all clinical procedures

Prepare and maintain instruments, materials, and equipment

Take and process digital radiographs

Maintain strict sterilization and infection control protocols

Provide excellent patient care and ensure comfort throughout treatment

Efficient operatory setup and turnover

Order and maintain inventory

Transcribe doctor's notes accurately

Prepare and send out patient letters and correspondence

Assist at the front desk when needed (phones, scheduling, patient check-in/out)

Support additional administrative tasks as required
