Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Mover/Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the transportation and delivery of goods while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in moving, warehouse operations, and commercial driving, along with strong communication skills to ensure a smooth moving process.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles to transport items to various locations. Assist in loading and unloading items from trucks and ensuring they are secured for transport. Communicate effectively with team members and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of furniture and other large items during the moving process. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse and during moves. Utilize forklift equipment when necessary for loading and unloading tasks. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction throughout the moving process.

Skills

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Experience in moving operations or warehouse logistics is highly desirable. Proficiency in commercial driving with a valid driver's license. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday. Familiarity with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory; training may be provided. Excellent customer service skills to enhance client experience during moves.
