Dental Floater/ Receptionist
Jain Family Dentistry is a family practice that provides dental services to patients big and small! We are committed to delivering quality dental care to our long standing,loyal patients as well as to the new patients joining our growing office.
Applicant needs to a reliable, organized individual that has a strong work ethic, is adaptable to ever changing environment,excel at multi tasking and have an excellent eye for detail.
Job Summary
The Dental Floater/Receptionist is responsible for providing assistance to co- workers as per Floater duties, act as a good team player, provide exceptional customer service, comply to IPAC regulations, participate with maintaining office schedule, answering phones, and other duties as assigned.

Monday -Thursday, some FridaysJob Type:
Full TimeDuties include but are not limited to:
Ensure all sterilization processes are completed and maintained in sterile bay, operatories as well in all other areas of clinical settings Sterile and prepare each operatory before and after each patient Understand and fulfill duties as per required by IPAC, needs to be HARP certified Review, set up and prepare patients for treatment Perform blood pressure checks and take radiographs, complete medical history and assist co workers /DDS with charting and some chair side assisting Answer phones and schedule appointments Provide general information to patients and visitors to the office Maintain accurate patient records and logs in an electronic way through the Tracker program Checking in new patients and collecting payments from patients who have been seen at the office Ensure office equipment meets IPAC regulations and records are kept up to date Opening, closing and stocking inventory rooms; clean and stock work space, etc
