Job Description
Omni Basement Systems, a regional leader in the Waterproofing and Foundation repair industry, is seeking to hire an experienced self starting, hands on Crew Leader to join our production team.

What you will do:
Provide strong leadership and crew management skills
Read and interpret blue prints & project plans to ensure efficient use of resources
Respond quickly to problems and changing circumstances to provide rational solutions
Confidently communicate with management, peers and customers
Identify training needs with crew members
Educate and develop yourself and others
Ensure an exceptional customer experience
Requirements:
Experience leading a crew
Experience in waterproofing preferred- construction experience is a MUST
Valid G driver's license with a clean abstract
Ability to work overtime when needed
A good understanding of Health and Safety
Strong customer service skills
Strong physical condition (must be able to lift 80 pounds) to navigate and install in basements, crawlspaces and foundations in all weather conditions

Are you able to lift 80 pounds consistently throughout the day? Are you proficient with a jackhammer, pickaxe, and shovel? You will be driving a box truck 16-22 feet. Do you have Crew Lead or Supervisor experience on your resume for at least 2 years?
