Experience

Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service operations Experience in menu planning and catering is highly desirable Familiarity with fine dining service standards is a plus Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations Culinary experience with demonstrated knife skills is essential Restaurant or kitchen experience will be considered an asset
