at least 5 years

under their belt. Trade school graduate is an asset.

? Receive instructions and implement them within prescribed timelines

? Not afraid to ask questions and takes pride in being team player

? Hands-on experience with tiling, drywall, mudding, sanding, and painting

? Excellent finishing skills and ability to make beautiful cuts

? Work with the trades in a professional and interactive manner

? Committed to maintaining a clean and organized job site

? Experience using power tools and other tools related to renovations

? Strong organizational skills and excellent client service skills

? Ability to work within deadlines

? Ability to work 8 hours a day, Mon-Fri, with extra time potential

? Punctuality is a must

? Strong English language skills

? Ability to meet physical demands of the job

? Work in Ottawa and surrounding areas

? Must have valid driver's license and vehicle in good working condition

? Have a working cell phone with data where you clock in to QuickBooks, including uploading daily work notes and progress photos; and email and texting capability.

Paid weekly and salary is dependent upon experience. Incremental raises based on experience and productivity.
