We are seeking dedicated and hardworking experienced Flat Roofing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support construction, maintenance, and other labor-intensive activities. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling to avoid damage. Follow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with team members. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, digging, and moving materials as required. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors. Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed consistently. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed. Experience with TPO, EPDM and MOD-BIT roofing applications
