We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Experienced Commercial Flat Roofer. A qualified candidate must prioritize quality, efficiency, reliability, and safety, while also exhibiting a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail in every project.

Responsibilities

Lead and perform commercial flat roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance Ensure precision and quality in all roofing activities Mentor junior team members Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site

Skills/Requirements

Proven experience with commercial flat roofing systems Proven knowledge of materials and techniques Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds). Focus on quality, efficiency, reliability, and safety Strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail Working at Heights, WHMIS, Workers Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps Certifications required, additional certifications may be required Must be willing to travel to various job sites across Eastern Ontario Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Pay: $25.00-$45.00 per hour
