Job Overview:
Quadera is a residential property management company operating in the Thunder Bay area. We are seeking a full-time Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our properties.
Duties:
Clean apartment units. This would include vacuuming floors, washing walls, ceilings, cupboards, windows, appliances, bathtub, toilet and sinks. Clean building hallways and common areas Clean and organize garbage sheds Restock cleaning supplies as needed Follow cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment
Skills:
Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial work is required Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks Strong time management skills to prioritize work effectively
Requirements:
Must have a driver's license and own a vehicle Must be in good physical condition, with the ability to lift cleaning equipment
