Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of the home. Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms according to established standards. Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and their families. Follow specific client instructions and preferences to ensure satisfaction.

Experience

Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot areas that need cleaning or organization. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when necessary. Good communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
