Join our growing team! We operate multiple short-term rental properties (Airbnb & vacation homes) across Mississauga and surrounding areas, and we're looking for

experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented cleaners

to help keep our homes in top condition for every guest.

This role is

full-time only

and ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys consistency, and excels in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Position Highlights

Full-Time Only:

Consistent hours with regular weekly scheduling.

Weekend Availability Required:

Most turnovers occur Fridays-Sundays.

Transportation Required:

Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle necessary to travel between properties.

Supplies Provided:

We supply all cleaning products and equipment.

Responsibilities

Clean and prepare short-term rental homes to high hospitality standards. Fully service kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas. Reset and stage each property to ensure it is 100% guest-ready. Follow property-specific checklists for consistency and quality. Report any maintenance, damage, or supply issues promptly. Work independently and complete turnovers within the required timeframes.

Qualifications

Professional cleaning experience required

(Airbnb or hotel cleaning highly preferred).

Valid driver's license and reliable car

(mandatory).

Full-time availability

, including weekends. Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage your time efficiently. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team when needed.
