Qualifications:

Certified Dental Assistant Level II with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental clinic in Canada.

Level II dental assisting and HARP certifications

In-depth knowledge of dental procedures, terminology, ODA fee guide, codes, and insurance practices. Excellent verbal and written English skills to effectively communicate with patients, staff members, and doctors. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. A professional and enthusiastic team player who thrives in an independent and empowered work environment.
Additional qualifications:

Familiarity with dental software, specifically Tracker, is an asset. Willingness to adapt to office policies and actively contribute to continuous improvements in patient care and service.
