Job Posting: Carpenter - Insurance-Based Finish Carpentry Location: Abbotsford to North Vancouver (potential future opportunities in Kelowna) Job Type: On-call to Full-Time (Based on Skills & Performance) Experience Level: 2+ Years (Willing to Train the Right Candidate) About Us: We are an insurance-based finish carpentry company specializing in interior and exterior door installations, window installations, baseboards, casing, window sills, wainscoting, pillars, and other high-quality finish carpentry projects. We work with industry leaders such as ServiceMaster, Onside Restoration, and many more, helping homeowners restore what they've lost. Job Responsibilities: Work efficiently on job sites with a positive and professional attitude. Take and record accurate measurements for baseboards, casings, and other carpentry components. Follow our established process to ensure consistency and quality across all projects. Maintain high standards of craftsmanship that satisfy both clients and homeowners. Collaborate with the team while maintaining a fun, engaging work environment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in using a compound miter saw, table saw, skill saw, and tape measure. Ability to read and write measurement lists accurately. Own a reliable vehicle for job site travel. Possess a basic set of carpentry tools, including a tool belt, hammer, tape measure, nail bars, and other typical finish carpentry tools. Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 48 per week
