Are you an experienced Cabinet Maker with a passion for precision, quality craftsmanship, and building beautiful custom millwork?
We're growing -- and we're looking for a

skilled Cabinet Maker

to join our shop team in Calgary!

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hands-on work, takes pride in clean workmanship, and has

strong experience with both laminate and wood construction

. Experience guiding or supporting junior team members is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing



Build & assemble custom cabinets and millwork (laminate is a big focus!) Read & interpret complex blueprints / shop drawings Operate standard and advanced shop tools & machinery Fabricate commercial cabinetry (clinics, offices, retail, etc.) Support and mentor junior team members where needed

What We Need



Proven

cabinet-making experience

(laminate + wood) -- ideally 3-5 years Skilled with shop machinery & tools Able to read and interpret detailed drawings / specifications Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to quality craftsmanship
