Overview

We are looking to hire an experienced, Bilingual Dental Receptionist-English and French Fluency mandatory. Experience in the dental field is also mandatory.

The hours are Monday to Thursday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM.

We are looking for someone experienced in providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks in a fast-paced dental office environment.

This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients.

Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk operations efficiently. Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring optimal patient flow using TRACKER dental software. Handle incoming phone calls and addressing inquiries by phone, text and email. Maintain patient records accurately Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting necessary information and payments Assist with insurance verification and billing inquiries as needed. Manage dental terminology effectively to communicate with both patients and dental staff. Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and welcoming at all times. Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.

Experience

Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office is required Familiarity with dental terminology is essential for effective communication. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills to interact positively with patients and team members alike. Bilingual-French and English is required
