Position Overview:

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic

Barista

to join our team. If you have at least

1 year of barista experience

, a passion for coffee, and excellent customer service skills, we want to hear from you! As a barista at Ahlan Coffee House, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with precision and care. Offer friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to customers. Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and customer areas. Process payments accurately, handle cash, and manage the register. Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels. Collaborate with the team to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Stay up-to-date with new coffee trends and brewing techniques. Adhere to safety, sanitation, and health protocols. Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and encourage repeat visits.

Requirements:

Must have at least 1 year of barista experience.

Strong passion for coffee and creating high-quality beverages. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills. Positive, reliable, and a team player. Ability to do Latte Art

Hourly Pay:

$16.00 - $18.50 per hour

, depending on experience and skill level. Tips are in addition to hourly pay.
