We are currently looking for a qualified Automotive Service Advisor (1-2+ years experience) that can provide our customers with exceptional service, consultation, and clear explanations of required automotive services. Superior customer service skills, detail oriented, tire-based knowledge and or automotive experience related to job costing, sales, invoicing, and appointment scheduling is required for this position.

Protractor Automotive Shop Management Software knowledge is an asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service \xe2\x80\x93 welcome customers, provided accurate information, handle all customer concerns in a professional manner.
• Pricing/Estimates \xe2\x80\x93 Provide competitive quotes for sales and service work, process invoices and complete sales transactions.
• Scheduling \xe2\x80\x93 coordinate all scheduling of mechanical work and repairs.
• Invoicing \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for ensuring that all invoicing is accounted for, reconcile daily transactions.
• Inventory control, ordering/restocking
• Processing returns and warranty claims.
