Right now we have an opportunity for a dedicated, energetic and career minded person who possesses exceptional customer service skills and wants to sell auto parts in a fast paced wholesale and retail environment.

Responsibilities and Duties

Responsibilities and Duties include (but are not limited to):

Accurately looking up parts with NAPA/PROLINK computer systems, Internet Systems, as well as paper catalogues and other methods. Selling a diverse line of automotive products to wholesale and retail customers either on the phone or over-the-counter. Process sales and refund transactions with accuracy using cash, debit and credit cards Effectively communicate product features, benefits and warranty policy to customers Maintain store organization and cleanliness Picking orders accurately Work effectively as parts of a team; demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude Job floating to one of our other locations when needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Automotive aftermarket experience an asset - Min 5 Years Strong knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs Excellent verbal, written and listening skills Familiar with use of computers and electronic catalogues Quick learner with good retention Able to lift up to 50lbs. Professional image and effective customer service skills Must be able to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day Able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays Hours: We are open Monday - Saturday (no Sundays) 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You must be available for an 8 hour shift between these times. Alternating every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m Wage will be based on experience
