As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition following accidents or damage, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Duties

Assess vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs. Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform body repairs, including welding, sanding, and painting. Replace or repair damaged parts, such as bumpers, doors, and fenders. Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to ensure all repairs meet safety standards. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and productivity. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in auto body repair techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience in automotive repair or as an Auto Body Technician. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot various vehicle issues. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools specific to auto body work. Experience working in a dealership environment is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during the repair process. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results. Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
