Experienced Auger/drain Technician
Job Description
The Drain Doctor is currently hiring for a full time experienced auger/drain cleaning technician. 1 - 2 years of experience is required and must be mechanically inclined.
This position requires power augering and video inspecting residential and commercial drains. The qualified candidate will require a short term in the field training process to gain knowledge on our drain cleaning equipment and customer and employer expectations while taking courses in confined entry, H2S Alive and fall protection which are paid by the company.
After the training process is complete, you will be assigned a company vehicle equipped with auger equipment, PPE equipment and your on call rotation schedule to start your career with The Drain Doctor.
This is a position for an individual that is eager, self-motivated and would like industry high earnings for good work and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Must have a class 5 drivers license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience and 3 years insurance coverage with a clean drivers abstract.
- Must be able to lift 100 Lbs.
- Must be a reliable individual with a reliable vehicle to make it to and from work on time.
- Must be able to work flexible hours including early mornings, late nights, on call rotation and weekends, if needed.
- 1 - 2 years Drain Cleaning Experience is required
- Must be a reliable, positive, honest and a self-motivated individual that gets along with others.
- Must be able to PASS A CRIMINAL RECORD CHECK. Please do not apply if you have a criminal record as exceptions will not be made.
