Apprentice Electrician

to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the electrical field while working under the guidance of experienced electricians. The Apprentice Electrician will assist in various electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.

Duties

Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks. Learn to work with low voltage systems as well as standard wiring practices. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

High school diploma required and experience in the trade considered an asset. Proficiency in mathematics. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Must have own vehicle with a valid G license. Basic understanding of electrical principles and practices is required. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely is essential. Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail is necessary for success in this role. Must be committed to maintaining safety standards on job sites.
