Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced

ABA Therapists

to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct ABA therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2-18) with autism spectrum disorder and implementation of individualized treatment plans. You will serve as an advocate within the clinical team, ensuring best practices. This is more than a job--it's a chance to make a lasting impact. We have full time weekdays, part time afternoons/after school and weekend hours.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with autism. Follow programmes as written and implement with care and creativity. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support treatment goals. Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards of practice. Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum

2+ years of experience

providing ABA therapy to children and adolescents (ages 2-18). Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or related field (preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to supporting children and families.

Pay: $27.00-$40.00 per hour
