Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean dining area. Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding menu items
- Serve food and drinks in a timely manner
- Check on customers to ensure satisfaction with their meals
- Process payments using cash registers or POS systems
- Clean tables and dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt service Skills:
- Strong math skills for order processing and bill calculation
- Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers
- Hospitality mindset with a focus on guest relations
- Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Proficiency in food service, including food preparation and serving
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
