Role





As Experience Manager, you'll be at the heart of club operations: optimizing processes, elevating service standards, and driving revenue and profitability. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll lead and support all departments, coach and empower your team, and foster a high-performing, people-first culture aligned with MOVATI's mission.



You'll collaborate with the People & Culture team to recruit, train, and develop top talent, ensuring our service model and values are consistently delivered. By streamlining operations, monitoring KPIs, and championing member engagement initiatives, you'll help bring our wellness vision to life and create exceptional experiences for both members and staff.

Qualifications





We recognize great experience comes from many industries. What matters most is leadership, service, and results.


5+ years in customer-facing roles with a proven track record of delivering outstanding service. Previous sales and business development experience. Strong leadership capabilities: you know how to inspire, develop, and hold people accountable. Demonstrated success in team management, training, and creating positive culture. Experience in fitness, hospitality, retail, or similar service industries is an asset.
