Omega 2000 Cribbing Inc. is looking for experience people to join their workforce in their continually growing company.

About Omega 2000: Omega 2000 has been around for over 35 years and still doing work for the same customers that we started with. We are a formwork company specializing in the "duraform "system but we do also periodically use "Cam-lock" and "strip-ease" systems in the construction of our walls. We have contracts with some of the biggest builders and developers in Calgary and stay busy year-round. Omega 2000 works in Calgary and surrounding area with most of our work coming in the form of large multi-family sites and light commercial. Omega 2000 set the standard in formwork for safety and were the first Residential formwork company in Calgary to be COR certified.

Qualifications: -2-10+ years experience in concrete construction an asset.

- Proficiency using an array of power tools and hand tools an asset

- Read and interpret blueprints

-Motivated and hardworking with the thirst to continually learn

- Team players and safety oriented a must

- Valid drivers license and vehicle needed because transit is not always available to our sites.

Responsibilities - Build and set footings to blueprint specifications and geodetic heights

- Erect foundation walls using the "duraform "system

- Many of Omega 2000 jobs have extensive rebar details that is mostly done in house

-Ability to work as a team to reach common goals

- Safety is a must and is taken seriously at Omega 2000. Work in a "Safety First"

Compensation: - Industry leading wages- Company benefits program

- Paid on the 15th and 30/31 of every month

- Overtime paid after 44 hours a week.

- 9.6% holiday / vacation pay on each cheque

Job Type: Full -Time

Pay: $26.00 - $38.00 based on Ability to meet the above criteria.
