Job Title: Expeditor
Location: St. Johns, NL
Schedule: M-F (40 hrs/week)
Job Type: Hybrid
Contract length: 9 months to start
Anticipated Start date: April 8th, 2024About the Role:
Reporting to Manager, Materials Management, the candidate will provide support to expedite and support master data creation for a project our client is working on. This involves working with the operational readiness team, internal and external stakeholders and the Supply Chain Management (SCM) group to ensure proper on time delivery of materials and data requirements are captured and entered into the systems correctly.We are looking for a candidate who is eager, has strong organizational skills. Attention to detail and data entry accuracy will be critical to this position.Responsibilities

• Provide Expediting activities for outstanding materials
• Coordinate vendor meeting on milestones of long lead materials
• Provide support to data requirements to build material masters for offshore materials
• Provide support to sourcing lead times and pricing on materials
• Attend planning meetings
• Ensure accurate and required data for material master compliance
• Coordinate deliveries and issue resolution for materials to site

Qualifications

• Degree and or Diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution
• 3-5 years\' master data experience
• 3-5 years in the oil & gas industry
• Legally entitled to work in Canada

• Strong technical skills (MS Excel)
• Strong verbal and written communications skills
• Flexible to changing work demands and ability to prioritize
