Exp\xc3\xa9dition/R\xc3\xa9ception/Manutention/Assemblage

Vous serez impliqu\xc3\xa9 dans la gestion logistique des pi\xc3\xa8ces requises pour garder l\'usine \xc3\xa0 bien fonctionner. Vous devez r\xc3\xa9ponde aux clients externes et internes en pr\xc3\xa9parant leurs commandes. Vous serez responsable de la tra\xc3\xa7abilit\xc3\xa9 des pi\xc3\xa8ces en utilisant, p. ex. Microsoft, google WORK SPACE suite. Vous devez enregistrer les livraisons dans le logiciel de gestion int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9e SAP.

Vous devez garder l\'aire de travail propre et s\xc3\xbbre en tout temps.

Dans ce poste, vous :

• Travaillerez dans divers r\xc3\xb4les au sein de l\'op\xc3\xa9ration d\'assemblage. Cela inclut l\'exp\xc3\xa9dition/la r\xc3\xa9ception/la manutention et l\'assemblage.
• Effectuerez des comptages de cycles quotidiens des stocks pour la Production et comme demand\xc3\xa9 par l\'Entrep\xc3\xb4t
• V\xc3\xa9rifierez la liste d\'\xc3\xa9quipement de calibrage pour vous assurer que l\'\xc3\xa9quipement est retourn\xc3\xa9 au laboratoire de calibrage avant la date d\'expiration (si possible) ou pour que l\'\xc3\xa9quipement en retard soit marqu\xc3\xa9 et/ou s\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9gu\xc3\xa9 et non utilis\xc3\xa9 jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 ce qu\'il ait \xc3\xa9t\xc3\xa9 recalibr\xc3\xa9.
• Participerez aux d\xc3\xa9nombrements des stocks de mi-ann\xc3\xa9e et de fin d\'ann\xc3\xa9e.
• Appuierez le service de l\'exp\xc3\xa9dition et de la r\xc3\xa9ception, au besoin.
• Identifierez chaque produit par une \xc3\xa9tiquette.
• G\xc3\xa9rerez le mat\xc3\xa9riel \xc3\xa0 recycler et devrez aider \xc3\xa0 assembler les pi\xc3\xa8ces.
• Respecterez et favoriserez les r\xc3\xa8gles de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9, p. ex. porter de l\'\xc3\xa9quipement de protection individuelle (\xc3\x89PI), des lunettes de protection, des chaussures de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et des protections de l\'ou\xc3\xafe, au besoin.
• Aurez les connaissances informatiques vous permettant d\'interagir avec un syst\xc3\xa8me de gestion int\xc3\xa9gr\xc3\xa9, g\xc3\xa9rer Microsoft google workspace, r\xc3\xa9diger des courriels formels et signer des documents num\xc3\xa9riquement.
• Pourrez lire et comprendre des dessins techniques.

Vous :

• Avez un dipl\xc3\xb4me de 12e ann\xc3\xa9e (ou exp\xc3\xa9rience \xc3\xa9quivalente)
• Avez 1 an d\'exp\xc3\xa9rience, de pr\xc3\xa9f\xc3\xa9rence dans un environnement de fabrication.
• Avez le souci du d\xc3\xa9tail.
• \xc3\x8ates motiv\xc3\xa9 et apprenez rapidement.
• Pouvez suivre les \xc3\xa9tapes d\xc3\xa9montr\xc3\xa9es.
• Savez additionner, soustraire, multiplier et diviser dans toutes les unit\xc3\xa9s de mesure en utilisant des chiffres entiers, des fractions et des d\xc3\xa9cimales.
• Parmi les exigences physiques : soulever et transporter du mat\xc3\xa9riel pesant jusqu\'\xc3\xa0 22,7 kg (50 lb) et porter de l\'\xc3\xa9quipement de protection individuelle.
• Organisation : pouvoir suivre diverses t\xc3\xa2ches et g\xc3\xa9rer le temps en cons\xc3\xa9quence.
• Propret\xc3\xa9 : pouvoir garder une aire de travail propre (certaines aires peuvent \xc3\xaatre sensibles aux mati\xc3\xa8res \xc3\xa9trang\xc3\xa8res)
• S\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 : privil\xc3\xa9gie la s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et comprend combien il est important de faire attention autour de certaines machines/certains \xc3\xa9quipements.
• Doit pouvoir effectuer les autres fonctions et devoirs que les superviseurs lui demandent.
• Doit pouvoir faire des heures suppl\xc3\xa9mentaires (lorsque demand\xc3\xa9).
• Shipping/Receiving/Material Handling/Assembly

You will be involved in the logistical management of the parts needed to keep the plant running smoothly. You must respond to external and internal customers by preparing their orders. You\'ll be responsible for parts traceability, using IT tools such as Microsoft, google WORK SPACE suite. You must record deliveries in SAP integrated management software.

You must keep the workplace clean and safe at all times.

In this role, you will: * Work in a variety of roles within an assembly operation. This will include performing shipping/receiving/material handling and Assembly

• Conduct inventory daily cycle counts in Production and as requested by Warehouse.
• Check the calibration equipment list to ensure that equipment is returned to the calibration laboratory before its expiry date (if possible), or that overdue equipment is marked and/or segregated and not used until recalibrated.
• Participate in mid and year end inventory counts.
• Support shipping and receiving department as required.
• Identify each product with a label.
• You will manage the materials to be recycled, and will be called upon to help assemble parts.
• Follow and promote safety rules, such as wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), safety glasses, safety shoes and hearing protection where required.
• Computer skills to interact with an ERP system, manage Microsoft google workspace, write formal emails, digitally sign documents.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.

You have:

• Grade 12 diploma (or equivalent experience)
• 1 years\' experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• High attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, quick learner.
• Ability to follow demonstrated steps.
• Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Physical demands include lifting and moving material weighing up to 50lbs and wearing personal protective equipment.
• Organization: Ability to keep track of various tasks and manage time appropriately.
• Cleanliness: Ability to keep a clean workspace (some areas can be sensitive to foreign materials)
• Safety-Minded: Put safety first and realize how important it is to take care around certain machinery/equipment.
• Must be willing to perform other functions and duties as assigned by supervisors.
• Must be willing to work overtime (as requested).
