Key Responsibilities:
Business development in property recruitment and listing for vocational rental services provided by the company.
Company service sales to property owners through telemarketing or F2F communication.
Identify and activate partners to promote company services to vocational rental market.
To work closely with the internal department for onboarding and listing of signed properties.
To collect all owner's information necessary for operation and to assist owners' service after contract signing.
Maintain a close and professional relationship with homeowners and partners.
Qualifications
Strong business development and sales background. Excellent entrepreneurship, communication and interpersonal skills.
Extensive network and knowledge in real estate industry, hotel, vocational rental, resort etc.
Able to accommodate a flexible working schedule, including late nights and weekends.
Ownership or access to a vehicle and in possession of a valid Driver's License, a driving record check will be assessed at hiring.
Be able to promptly identify business initiatives, to close deals and to ensure the contract fulfillment.
Be a good team player and an independent professional in sales under limited management.
Asset:
Over 3 years' business development and sales experience is a must.
Real estate and vocational rental experience is an asset.
Mandarin is a plus.

Pay: $45,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
